Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to take analytical ownership of our Getting Paid and Tax Preparation clusters — the core areas of TaxDome’s platform. You will partner closely with Product Managers to define success metrics, forecast feature impact, and translate data into actionable insights that shape strategy and execution.

Your work will span the entire product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery, evaluation of feature performance, and maintaining high-quality analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain key product metrics, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve user and business outcomes.

• Partner with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery — to define success criteria, forecast feature impact, and track performance against engagement, activation, and adoption metrics.

• Set up and validate tracking in collaboration with engineers to ensure complete and accurate event implementation.

• Build dashboards and conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to evaluate feature success, interpret user behavior, and identify growth levers.

• Monitor data quality and detect anomalies, investigating root causes and ensuring consistent metric definitions across dashboards and teams.

• Help teams use Amplitude and other tools to find and understand data on their own

Our expectations

• 3+ years of experience in digital or product analytics

• Proven ability to own analytics end-to-end for a complex product area — from defining success metrics to ensuring tracking accuracy and delivering actionable insights

• Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs)

  Practical experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries)

• Experience with GA4 and event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Solid understanding of basic statistics (distributions, significance, trends)

• Experience in B2B или cross-functional product environments is a plus

• English level: B1+
