Product Analyst

Seneka — we are developing a mobile app and website for teaching children around the world. We work in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) market. There is no clear leader in the SEL market yet, and we are striving to take this position.

Opportunity to gain experience in a cool educational project in the US market.

We’re looking for a freelance Product Analyst (Subscriptions & Growth) to help us structure and automate our subscription and growth analytics.
This role includes both a fixed-scope project and ongoing support (hourly).

Responsibilities:

• Build dashboards and calculations for: LTV, Renewal & churn rates, Conversion by channel (web-to-web, app)

• Help automate reporting

Stack:

• Stripe, App Store, internal exports

• Dashboards likely in Sheets / Looker Studio / any tool you suggest

Requirements:

• Experience with subscription-based mobile apps

• Familiarity with web-to-web flows (e.g., when payment starts in browser)

• Strong skills in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools

• Can work independently from a written spec and improve it
