Product Analyst

QA team:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our QA team and help us build the quality evaluation system for operational employees across multiple business units.

This is not a classic product analytics role focused on A/B testing, funnels, and feature experiments. Instead, this role is much closer to process analytics and operational systems design. You will work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and quality management, helping us create scalable processes for assessing employee communications and turning evaluation results into actionable insights.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys building processes, designing analytical workflows, and solving operational problems, rather than only analyzing product experiments.

You will have a direct impact on how operational quality is measured and improved. Your work will help create transparency, raise service standards, and make quality management more data-driven across the company

Challenges that await you:

• Extracting and structuring communications from agents across different operational teams

• Distributing these communications to quality reviewers

• Building analytics and reporting based on quality assessment results

• Identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in operational performance
