Product Analyst

We are looking for a professional who truly loves what he is doing to be a part of our team. NewCircle is a subscription-based product helping older adults feel less lonely.

In our app, seniors connect with real, full-of-life companions who help them reignite their spark. It’s a socially meaningful product, and I really hope it resonates with you.

You’ll have room for strategic thinking and a chance to keep your hard skills sharp through hands-on work.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within startup environments (experience as a sole analyst within a company is nice to have).

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Apache Superset).

• Ability to make data-driven product decisions under uncertainty or limited data (including cases where A/B testing is not possible).

• Strong understanding of product and marketing metrics such as LTV, CPA, Retention, and Conversion Rate.
