Product Analyst
Remote-first, global team — work from anywhere (GMT+1 to +4 preferred).
What you are going to do:
Analyze the user learning journey: from onboarding to course completion
Identify bottlenecks in motivation, engagement, and course completion
Work with product metrics such as retention, completion rate, NPS, and others
Build dashboards and reports for the Learning Experience team and other stakeholders
What we expect from you
1+ year of experience as an analyst
Strong SQL skills (required); experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)
Understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and unit economics
Ability to formulate analytical questions and communicate results clearly to the team
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
