Product Analyst

What you are going to do:

  • Analyze the user learning journey: from onboarding to course completion

  • Identify bottlenecks in motivation, engagement, and course completion

  • Work with product metrics such as retention, completion rate, NPS, and others

  • Build dashboards and reports for the Learning Experience team and other stakeholders

What we expect from you

  • 1+ year of experience as an analyst

  • Strong SQL skills (required); experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)

  • Understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and unit economics

  • Ability to formulate analytical questions and communicate results clearly to the team

Not a Requirement, But an Advantage

  • Experience in EdTech
