We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Product Analyst to strengthen the data function within the Mining Pool team. This role focuses on building a deep understanding of both product metrics and on-chain blockchain data, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making in one of the most technically complex and high-impact areas of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous identification of new growth opportunities and formulation of data-driven hypotheses aimed at improving product and business metrics across the Mining Pool.
Evaluation of product changes and analysis of the impact of product initiatives on key performance indicators.
Structured support for product and engineering teams, helping them approach problems methodically and make informed decisions based on data.
Development of dashboard systems, monitoring tools, and alerting mechanisms that capture deviations and anomalies in critical metrics.
Creation of analytical tools and the establishment of core analytical processes, including A/B testing frameworks, data logging standards, and experimentation workflows.
Contribution to shaping a strong experimentation culture within the company and promoting systematic hypothesis validation.
Integration of on-chain blockchain data with off-chain product analytics to provide a unified view of Mining Pool performance, network events, miner behavior, and economic outcomes.
Analysis of blockchain activity, including blocks, transactions, fees, difficulty, and hashrate, and translation of these signals into actionable insights for the product team.
Development of data models that connect network-level events (such as halvings, price movements, and changes in difficulty) with internal product metrics and Mining Pool economics.
Construction of data marts and dashboards that combine blockchain data and internal product data to support real-time decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of four years of experience working as a data or product analyst in a technology-driven company.
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python, including tasks beyond the standard analytical toolkit.
Proven experience with at least one BI platform such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
Practical experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, together with a solid understanding of statistics and experimental design.
A systematic mindset, with a passion for structuring data, organizing processes, and bringing clarity to complex systems.
Familiarity with ETL concepts is advantageous, as is experience working with GitLab, Airflow, or similar tools.
Background in blockchain, mining, or Web3 analytics is highly desirable, including experience with blockchain nodes, indexers, or on-chain data analysis.
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies, together with a readiness to dive deeply into on-chain signals and connect them to business outcomes.
