Principal Product Designer

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead design across our product. You’ll work on complex problems, shape product direction, and help us build high-quality experiences.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and a high degree of autonomy.

What you’ll do

• Own design for key areas of the product

• Work closely with product and engineering to define problems and shape solutions

• Translate complex requirements into clear, usable product experiences

• Prototype ideas to explore direction, validate decisions, and align the team

• Contribute to product strategy and long-term direction

• Raise the bar for quality through your work and feedback

How you work

• You think in systems and recognize patterns

• You’re comfortable working across ambiguity and defining direction

• You collaborate directly with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs

• You balance speed and quality, knowing when to go deep and when to move forward

• You move quickly from ideas to prototypes, switching between Figma and tools like Cursor and Claude Code as needed
