PR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Create and execute communication plans to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the EU and US fintech sector

• Identify and engage with relevant B2B influencers to amplify brand messaging and establish thought leadership

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers

• Secure and manage media coverage for company announcements, events, and thought leadership

• Actively seek, identify, and leverage existing news pegs to promote the company's presence in the market

• Generate fresh news angles and story ideas to maintain a continuous flow of positive coverage

• Collaborate with content creators and SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines

• Craft compelling advertorials that align with the brand and resonate with the target B2B audience

• Work closely with company executives to craft key messages and talking points

• Prepare executives for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances

• Support partnership initiatives through effective communication strategies

• Oversee co-marketing and co-branding activities to maximize mutual benefits with strategic partners

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product development

• Maintain the reputational risk map and escalation logic for negativity, misinformation, or sensitive public topics

Requirements:

• Proven experience 6+ years in PR and Communications

• Proven knowledge and experience in fintech, crypto or payments industries

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets across EU and US markets

• Solid experience with social media and content marketing

• Experience in measuring PR activities

• Previous success in executing effective PR campaigns in B2B sector

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
