Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules

• Implement ITSM, ITOM, HR, and custom workflows

• Design scripts, business rules, and integration with third-party systems

• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and system errors

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for requirements and solutions

• Maintain documentation and system upgrades

Requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow development and administration

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API knowledge

• Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes

• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration and automation tools

• Analytical thinking and teamwork skills

• English B2+
