Our client is a leading international outsourcing organization that is growing its multilingual operations team. We are currently searching for proactive and detail-focused professionals to join their team as:

Player Support Specialist with Danish/Dutch or Norwegian (Larnaca, Cyprus office)

Main responsibilities

• Provide customer support across phone, email, and chat channels;

• Assist with password resets, payment processing, billing inquiries, and account access troubleshooting, escalating complex cases as needed.

Job requirements:
