Partnership Programs Associate

The primary focus of this role is to expand Banco Plata's loyalty programs and benefits ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new partners and merchants.

You will own the full partnership sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal presentation through negotiation, agreement, and onboarding, working closely with internal teams to make sure every deal is aligned and successfully executed. This position is based in CDMX.

Challenges that await you:

• Identify and prospect potential partners and merchants to expand Banco Plata's loyalty programs and benefits ecosystem.
• Lead commercial negotiations with prospective partners, including offers, rates, exclusivity, campaign conditions, and other commercial terms and conditions (T&Cs).
• Manage the partnership sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal presentation through negotiation, agreement, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Mobile App, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, to align partnership terms and ensure successful execution.
• Track the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records of prospects and negotiations, and contribute to partnership acquisition and loyalty program growth targets.

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial negotiations.
• Strong prospecting skills, including the ability to identify leads, reach decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to develop compelling proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
• Quick to respond to requests and a fast learner: structured, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems and AI tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish (required).
• Based in CDMX.
