At Onde, we give mobility entrepreneurs everything they need to launch, scale, and take on global giants - from white-label tech to marketing support.

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Executive to join our team and support the success and growth of our Signature business partners. 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Onde key partners

  • Understand partners' business goals, challenges and growth plans

  • Help partners overcome business challenges and unlock growth opportunities through product, operational, and commercial initiatives

  • Coordinate initiatives across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams

  • Turn partner requests and ideas into actionable plans and follow them through to delivery

  • Lead discussions, planning sessions, and negotiations with partners

  • Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing company priorities

  • Monitor partner performance, identify risks and proactively address issues

  • Support partners in launching new services, expanding into new markets, and growing their business

  • Deliver a high-quality partner experience and build long-term trust

 We expect:

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex business relationships

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes

  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and driving initiatives from concept to delivery

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what creates the biggest impact

  • High level of ownership, independence, and accountability

  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with diverse challenges

  • Fluency in English

  • Professional working proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with partners or clients in the Middle East

  • Experience in SaaS, mobility, transportation, or technology companies
