We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Executive to join our team and support the success and growth of our Signature business partners.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Onde key partners
Understand partners' business goals, challenges and growth plans
Help partners overcome business challenges and unlock growth opportunities through product, operational, and commercial initiatives
Coordinate initiatives across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams
Turn partner requests and ideas into actionable plans and follow them through to delivery
Lead discussions, planning sessions, and negotiations with partners
Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing company priorities
Monitor partner performance, identify risks and proactively address issues
Support partners in launching new services, expanding into new markets, and growing their business
Deliver a high-quality partner experience and build long-term trust
We expect:
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting or a similar client-facing role
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex business relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes
Experience coordinating multiple teams and driving initiatives from concept to delivery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what creates the biggest impact
High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with diverse challenges
Fluency in English
Professional working proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
Nice to have:
Experience working with partners or clients in the Middle East
Experience in SaaS, mobility, transportation, or technology companies
