Paid Search Specialist
We’re now looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth through high-impact paid search strategies across global markets.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Own and manage Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business and growth goals
Optimise bidding, budgets, and account structures to drive revenue, ROAS, and CPA efficiency
Conduct advanced keyword research, semantic expansion, and negative keyword management
Plan, run, and scale A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Analyse performance using GA4, end-to-end analytics, auction insights, market data
Drive e-commerce growth, including product feed optimisation and remarketing strategies
Identify and resolve creative performance issues, ensuring high ad quality and correct rendering
Manage and scale campaigns across the US and EU markets
Requirements
What we expect from you:
Experience & Platforms
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with continuous, recent practical work
Experience managing international, large-scale accounts with significant budgets
Strong experience working with US and EU markets
Paid Search Expertise
Advanced expertise in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, including: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display campaigns, as well as YouTube inventory
Smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding)
Auction insights, Quality Score optimisation, budget pacing
Expert-level usage of Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor and Excel
Deep understanding of auction mechanics, ad rank, bidding models, and market dynamics
Keyword Research & Account Structure
Ability to build and maintain scalable account structures
Advanced keyword research, semantic expansion, and negative keyword management
Hands-on experience with keyword research tools and match types
Analytics & Data
Advanced knowledge of GA4 (Explorations, funnels, attribution, e-commerce)
Strong analytical skills in end-to-end analytics, Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, performance reporting)
Experience analysing market trends, competitors, and auction insights
E-commerce & Growth
5+ years of experience with e-commerce products
Strong focus on business KPIs: revenue, ROAS, CPA, LTV
Experience running full-funnel paid growth campaigns
Hands-on experience with product feed management and optimisation
Testing, Creatives & Remarketing
Proven experience running and scaling A/B tests (ads, creatives, audiences, bidding)
Advanced remarketing strategies across paid media
Strong experience working with ad creatives and identifying underperforming formats
Communication
Fluent English (written and spoken)
A big plus: Experience in the gaming industry
Web and app marketing experience
Understanding of cross-channel paid media
BI reporting experience
