Influencer Manager

About us

AppScale Collective is a team building web-SaaS prosumer products with a strong focus on AI. No VC money. No corporate BS.

This role is for one new product — an AI gen web product we launched two weeks ago. It's already at $80k ARR and climbing fast. That's the actual problem we're hiring for: it's growing quicker than we can feed it.

It grows on zero ad spend. No paid traffic, no links in bios or captions — just short videos going out from creator accounts. In the last 11 days that machine did 2.2M views at $1.47 per 1,000.

We want it ten times bigger in two months. From 7 creators to 50, and from 6M views a month to 60M. One product, one channel, yours.

What we need from you

→ English B2+ is a must. Every creator you manage is US-based and every brief you write is in English

→ You've shot and edited your own short-form videos. You won't be shooting for us — but send us something you made, because if you've never cut one yourself you can't tell a creator why theirs is bad

→ You work with Claude daily, in English. Not "I tried it once" — briefs, analytics and reporting run through it and you'll live in it

→ Empathy, and the ability to get a creator productive fast. They're freelancers, not employees, and nobody makes them open the app. Half this job is onboarding someone in days instead of weeks, and reading when a quiet creator is stuck rather than lazy

→ Systematic to the point of being annoying about it. 50 creators is around 80 videos a day passing through you. Anything you don't track, you lose

→ You decide and you own it. Cutting a creator who isn't working is part of this job, every single week

Bonus points for influencer marketing experience and for cases you can actually show. We love builders.

What you'll actually do:

→ Source creators, screen them, pay for a test video, sign the ones who pass. Find 8 to keep 5 — that ratio is the job, not a failure

→ Write the brief every cycle: the spine, 10–12 hooks with exact on-screen text, 3 CTA variants. Shot by shot, nothing left for the creator to guess

→ Watch competitors, pull the videos that popped, turn them into references. We copy what works one to one — you decide what that is

→ Review every single video before it goes live. Every one, not a sample

→ Onboard each creator end to end: Instagram access, auto-DM setup, Dropbox, warm-up, first task

→ Read the numbers daily and act on them — views per creator, cost per 1,000, which geo actually converts and which one just burns budget

→ Cut the ones with no ceiling and replace them

Conditions

• Full-time only

• Fixed monthly rate + KPI bonus

What This Role Is Not

This role is not a fit if you:

→ Need detailed instructions to get started

→ Want predictable 9–5 workdays

→ Think organic marketing means posting on the brand account

Why us

You're joining something two weeks old that already works. The channel is yours — nobody above you assigning creators or approving hooks.

Your work shows up in views and in cost per customer. Numbers you move personally, that we look at together every week. Not in a Jira ticket nobody reads.

Small team. Real ownership. Real impact on a real product.
