Junior Motion Designer

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our marketing creative team.

You’ll work closely with Creative Producers, Designers, and other Motion Designers to create engaging video ads, animations, and visual content.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a good foundation in motion design and wants to develop their skills while working on real marketing projects with an experienced creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social and ad networks following creative concepts and guidelines.

• Collaborate with Creative Producers to develop and refine visual concepts.

• Adapt and export creative assets according to technical requirements of different ad networks and established production workflows.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field (Personal, freelance, or educational projects are welcome).

• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Understanding of basic animation and design principles, including timing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work with existing designs and turn static assets into engaging animations.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with feedback.

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your motion design skills.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Ai tools (graphics, video, voiceover, music) 

• Familiarity with Figma
