Motion Designer (SMM)

We’re looking for a Motion Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our team and elevate our short-form video content to the next level 🏵️

Responsibilities

• Editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with strong retention focus
• Creating motion graphics and animated typography
• Developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across video content
• Sound design and rhythm-driven editing
• Producing dynamic, engaging subtitles
• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance production (including image and video generation aligned with each product’s visual identity)
• Applying prompt engineering principles for high-quality AI outputs
• Working with styles, references, and consistent character development
• Proposing, testing, and iterating on new content formats based on performance insights

Requirements

• Video Editing: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (animation, kinetic typography, infographics) is a plus
• Clear understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience retention mechanics
• Ability to edit in trend-driven formats tailored to short-form platforms
• High production speed without compromising quality

• Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Figma
• Strong foundation in composition, typography, and visual aesthetics

• Sound Design: Basic sound design skills
• Ability to use sound effects strategically to enhance engagement and retention

• Social Media Expertise: Understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific formats
• Experience working with hook-driven storytelling frameworks
• Strong visual awareness and up-to-date trend sensitivity

• AI Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling, and similar AI platforms
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content workflows
