Motion Designer
Responsibilities:
Create high-converting video creatives and motion assets for mobile and web subscription products.
Develop ad creatives for Meta & TikTok, and other paid acquisition channels.
Produce, edit, and optimize short-form video content based on performance data and creative briefs.
Work with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, ElevenLabs, and similar solutions) to accelerate content production and testing.
Generate multiple creative variations and iterations to support rapid A/B testing.
Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to develop new creative concepts, hooks, and advertising angles.
Analyze winning market trends and competitor creatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creative production.
Experience creating video ads for mobile apps, web products, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
Ability to independently turn ideas into finished creatives with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced testing environment.
Russian language proficiency for day-to-day communication with the team.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
Conditions:
Full-time, fully remote position.
We are currently considering candidates based in Ukraine, Belarus, and European countries.
Flexible working schedule; CEST timezone or close overlap is preferred.

Nice to Have:
Experience in subscription-based mobile applications and web products (AI tools, utilities, photo/video editing apps, productivity software, etc.).
Familiarity with competitor research and market intelligence tools such as Meta Ads Library, Sensor Tower, AppMagic, SimilarWeb, AdHeart, or equivalent platforms.
Understanding of key performance marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR and etc.
Experience working closely with User Acquisition or Growth Marketing teams.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator).
Portfolio demonstrating performance-focused advertising creatives.
