Motion Designer & AI Video Creative (Freelancer)

We are looking for a Motion Designer & AI Video Creative to join our social media team on a freelance basis.

This role is primarily focused on video editing, and AI-generated visual content for Organic marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong creative and motion design skills with hands-on experience using generative AI tools to create realistic AI people, characters, scenes, and videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Edit and produce social-first videos from concept to final delivery.

• Work with existing footage and creative assets to produce polished video and static content.

• Create realistic AI-generated people and characters for images and videos.

• Develop AI-generated scenes, environments, visuals, and creative concepts.

• Occasionally create static ad content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, or other Organic projects.

• Collaborate with the social media team and other designers to turn ideas and creative briefs into compelling visual content.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role.

• Good understanding of social media formats and short-form content.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI for image and video creation.

• Experience creating realistic AI-generated people and characters is a must, including the ability to maintain a consistent appearance across different images and videos.

• Experience with AI tools such as Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• A good eye for detail and visual quality.

• Ability to work quickly, experiment, iterate, and adapt to new creative tools and workflows.
  

Portfolio

We don’t focus on years of experience - what matters to us is what you can create.
A portfolio is a must and can be in any format, as long as it showcases your experience with AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static ads.

Who You Are

You are a motion designer and visual creative with a strong passion for AI and new creative technologies. You enjoy experimenting with new tools and finding creative ways to combine AI with traditional video, motion design, and storytelling.

You don't need to know every AI platform or be perfect at everything. What matters most to us is curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for these tools.
