Mobile Traffic manager (CPA)

Role Overview

As a Senior mobile traffic manager, you will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing affiliate partnerships across mobile traffic sources. This role requires deep expertise in mobile traffic, attribution technologies, and fraud prevention frameworks. Experience in FinTech or other high-risk/strict-quality industries will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliates and traffic partners across the Mexican region.

• Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns across mobile traffic sources.

• Analyze traffic quality using AppsFlyer, AppMetrica and other attribution tools.

• Negotiate payouts, geo-expansions, and special terms with partners.

• Configure postbacks and troubleshoot attribution discrepancies.

• Detect, analyze and prevent fraud using in-house systems and external tools.

• Forecast traffic volumes, negotiate payouts and manage budgets.

• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for scaling.

 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / CPA Manager 

• Deep expertise in mobile traffic acquisition.

• Strong hands-on experience with AppsFlyer.

• Advanced understanding of mobile ad fraud, detection techniques, and validation flows (click spamming, CTIT anomalies, device farms, incent traffic identification).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage high-value partnerships.

• Analytical mindset with ability to work with granular data and dashboards.

• English B2, Spanish is a plus.
