About Mindly

Mindly is an international product company — a marketplace for psychologists and their clients. We have over 1,000,000 clients in more than 40 countries worldwide, with a primary focus on Tier-1 markets. Mindly is one of the fastest-growing companies in the HealthTech sector globally. Our goal is to help people live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. We are growing extremely fast and are already profitable! This puts our company in the top 1% of the fastest-growing profitable tech companies in the world! You can read more about us in this article.

Why is this interesting?

• Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche

• Influence strategic product decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future

• High level of autonomy — we put a lot of trust in our team

Your responsibilities:

You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly product. This is more than just writing code — it’s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.

You’ll work closely with Product Team and СEO in order to:

• deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems

• shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems

• contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users who are interested in mental health support but are not yet ready to start therapy

• use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery

You will become a true “Product Engineer”, someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business. Working independently, you’ll drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.

Your skills:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a product company.

• Proficiency with Node.js and React.js (we’re using TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL)

• Product thinking focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions

• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow

• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools

• Experience in mobile app development will be a huge plus
