Go Developer (Network & Proxy)

We’re looking for a strong engineer (Middle+ or Senior) with a deep interest in network protocols and system-level development. The key challenge of this role is a large-scale migration of our architecture from Java to Go.

What you’ll work on:

• Migration & refactoring: Porting existing high-load services from Java (Spring Boot) to Go. This involves reading and understanding the current logic and implementing it cleanly and efficiently in Go.

• Core network development: Building and maintaining our proxy server. Working with TCP, UDP, IP, and integrating QUIC.

• Network intelligence: Integrating and fine-tuning passive traffic analysis tools (e.g., p0f).

• Infrastructure: Packaging and deploying services in Docker.

What we expect from you: 

• Go (Golang): Strong command of the language, concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels), and the standard library.

• Java & Spring Boot: Ability to read and interpret Java code. 

• Networking fundamentals: Solid understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP stack behavior, and how these concepts are implemented in Linux.

• Docker: Confident experience with containerization.

It would be a plus: 

• SysAdmin / DevOps background: Experience with Linux system internals, networking configuration (iptables, nftables), and kernel-level tuning.

• VPN technologies: Experience with OpenVPN, WireGuard, ShadowSocks, or similar open-source VPN tools.

• Highload experience: Understanding how to design and support systems that operate under heavy load (10k+ RPS/connections).
