Middle Golang Developer (Air)

Who we need We are looking for a confident Mid-level Go Backend Developer to join the Air team. The Air team is responsible for developing the flight ticket sales service, fully owning this product direction within the company. Everyone on the team contributes to the final result by discussing product evolution and the implementation of each project.

Job responsibilities

• Responsibility, strong personal time management, and the ability to effectively communicate within a distributed team, including asynchronous communication
• Result-oriented mindset — ownership of tasks and ability to drive them through to release
• Product-oriented approach to development
• Development of new features within product and technical initiatives
• Participation in planning and task decomposition
• Working with legacy code, including reducing technical debt (refactoring, etc.)
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Participation in cross code reviews
• Ability to work with legacy projects and understand other people’s code

Key qualifications

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience, including 3+ years of recent experience as a Go backend developer
• Experience with the latest versions of Go and an idiomatic approach (including the use of modern linters)
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including large-scale databases (several TB), and understanding of SQL query optimization
• Understanding and hands-on experience with queues and message brokers, including building producers and consumers
• Experience designing efficient APIs and building integrations with external systems
• English level B1 or higher (spoken)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, Codex App)
• Experience with Swagger and OpenAPI
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, understanding how services are deployed
• Experience building observability systems
