Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Engineer

Findev is an international IT company founded by engineers, specializing in developing niche software for international banks and investment funds. We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Engineer to lead the development, support, and evolution of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and collaboration platforms within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on platform operations, automation, troubleshooting, and AI-driven solutions using Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

About You:

• 5 + years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST integrations

• Hands-on experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365

• Experience building AI-powered automations and workflows

• PowerShell scripting skills for M365 administration

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• English — Upper-Intermediate+
