Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Outlook

• Design and deploy collaborative solutions across the organization

• Support end-users and provide troubleshooting for M365 issues

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client meetings for requirements gathering

• Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge base

• Collaborate with IT and development teams for integrations with other enterprise systems

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive)

• Experience with M365 administration, deployment, and migration projects

• Familiarity with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance features

• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
