Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Outlook
Design and deploy collaborative solutions across the organization
Support end-users and provide troubleshooting for M365 issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client meetings for requirements gathering
Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge base
Collaborate with IT and development teams for integrations with other enterprise systems
Requirements:
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive)
Experience with M365 administration, deployment, and migration projects
Familiarity with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance features
Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
