We are looking for a Media Production Specialist to join our Brand team 🎬

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take content from an idea to a finished, published piece and understands what happens after it goes live.

The role starts with building our brand and supporting market launches in Poland, with the potential to grow into larger projects with Poland-wide and potentially European-wide visibility.

What you’ll do:

Own media and digital content production end-to-end, from idea and concept to production, editing, publishing and performance analysis
Create video and other digital content for Onde’s social media channels and other communication platforms
Develop content around Onde’s new brand and support its launch in Poland and other markets
Create content for city-by-city market launches, adapting ideas and formats to different locations and audiences
Work with channels such as YouTube, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
Turn content ideas into finished pieces independently, including planning, shooting, editing and publishing
Track content performance and use data and audience insights to understand what works and improve future content
Experiment with different formats, creative approaches and distribution channels
Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to turn business and brand goals into engaging content
Build and maintain a portfolio of content initiatives and learnings that can be applied to future campaigns and projects
Contribute to larger brand and growth initiatives as the role evolves

Requirements:

Proven experience owning end-to-end media or digital content production, ideally across multiple campaigns or projects
Experience taking content from concept and production through to publishing and performance analysis
Strong hands-on experience creating digital content, especially video
Experience working with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or similar
Understanding of how different social media channels work, including content formats, distribution and audience engagement
Comfortable working with performance KPIs and using content metrics to evaluate results and improve future content
Ability to work independently and turn a brief or idea into a finished piece of content without extensive guidance
Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas as well as execute them
Experience working on campaigns where you were responsible for the production process end-to-end
Good communication and collaboration skills
English - Upper Intermediate or higher
Based in Poland or willing to work closely with the Polish market. Polish is highly preferred but not an absolute requirement
