Unigox is a next-generation P2P platform connecting fiat and crypto. Founded by Paxful's ex-co-founder. We automate exchanges using ZK-TLS technology: payments are verified instantly and privately, no screenshots or manual checks.

What you'll be doing:

• Launching and managing ad campaigns on X, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms

• Setting up and running quests on Zealy and similar platforms

• Building and engaging community on Reddit, X, Discord

• Creating content that sparks discussions and drives user engagement

• Managing email marketing campaigns and A/B tests

• Tracking metrics and analyzing campaign performance (Google Analytics)

• Working on user retention strategies

• Finding and testing new growth channels

• Syncing marketing efforts with product development

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing, specifically in crypto/web3

• Hands-on experience launching and managing paid ad campaigns

• Strong understanding of Web3 audience and culture

• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics and similar)

• Experience with community management and content creation

• Experience with email marketing and A/B testing

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience working in early-stage startups

• Track record of successful quest campaigns (Zealy, Galxe, etc.)

• Experience growing crypto communities from scratch

• Data-driven approach to retention and growth
