Marketing Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to join us to build out the marketing efforts and brand awareness of cyber•Fund’s Monastery program.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns: create and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and reach target audiences

• Own social media marketing and manage our social media posts across X, LinkedIn, Youtube

• Own content: oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and infographics, to engage our audience and to grow our brand equity

• Develop the content calendar tied to fund activity: achievements of portfolio companies, livestreams, fundraising announcements, teasers

• Lead the build out and growth of our GP’s personal brand

• Public Relations and Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and increase our brand's visibility with our target audience

• Collaborate with portfolio founders on co-created content and amplification

Must have:

• High agency & willingness to contribute to the success of the team

• A track record of high-impact success and ability to generate attention

• Strong communication skills with a keen sense for asynchronous communication

• Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and using them to make informed decisions (track what works & double down on it)

• Passionate and knowledgeable about AI

• Passion for start-ups and for working with founders

• Ability & willingness to collaborate effectively with a global cross-functional team

• Familiarity working across diverse marketing media

Nice to have:

• Media, journalism, or creator background is a strong plus

• Strong following or content presence (X, Substack, etc)

• Video editing skills

• Experience at an accelerator or VC fund
