Marketing Analytics Lead
You will own the development of marketing analytics: from supporting existing processes to introducing new approaches in attribution, cross-channel measurement, and predictive modelling. Your work will directly shape how Performance, Affiliate and Brand teams allocate budgets and make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing analytics function: set priorities, build analytical processes, develop tools, and manage a team of analysts.
Evaluate performance across brands, regions, countries, and traffic sources.
Support marketing experiments end-to-end: from hypothesis design to results interpretation.
Collaborate with the other teams to develop and maintain multi-touch attribution MTA) models to assess channel contributions and measure cross- channel impact.
Collaborate with the BI team to build dashboards, automate reporting and streamline decision making.
Analyze data from advertising platforms Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and internal systems to uncover growth opportunities and optimise the funnel.
Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior analyst role.
Proven experience managing a team, setting goals, and developing talent.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in statistics, specifically in causal inference methods.
Proficiency in SQL.
Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution logic, and performance marketing metrics.
Fluency in Russian and English.
Nice to Have
Experience in developing predictive models with machine learning.
Experience in Fintech / Forex.
