What you’ll do:

• Analyze performance marketing across marketing channels

• Own CAC, LTV, ROI analysis and help optimize marketing efficiency

• Build and maintain attribution models and support incrementality testing

• Design and analyze A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and funnels

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to identify growth opportunities

• Build dashboards and reports for leadership and marketing teams

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing / product / data analytics

• Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets

• Experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, etc.)

• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution)

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design

• Experience working with event tracking and GTM

• Upper-intermediate English or higher

• Python++

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, or causal inference

• Experience using LLMs for analytics use cases (reporting automation, anomaly detection, internal tools)
