Low-Code Engineer [Customer IT Support]

Customer IT Support team:

The Customer IT Support team is responsible for managing technical issues of company’s clients, solving any issues regarding company’s products and their user understanding.

We are looking for a talented Low-Code Developer who join the Customer IT Support team to create and maintain automations that will improve interactions between various teams and systems.

Challenges that await you:

• Develop and maintain automations on the n8n platform

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate technical specifications

• Optimize existing business processes and integrate various systems

• Test and debug developed solutions

What makes you a great fit:

• Knowledge of JavaScript

• Experience with SQL

• Understanding the REST API

• Experience with N8n, Airtable or other automation platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

• Knowledge of Python

• Experience in developing and implementing automations

• Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management
