Temporary Remote (future relocation to Limassol)
Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.
Now we look for a LGBT Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. The LGBT Brand Manager helps the platform show up more credibly, authentically, and effectively for gay and trans audiences across product, brand, and marketing. This role partners closely with Product to bring real community insight into features, onboarding, category structure, language, and the creator and user experience, while owning positioning and marketing direction for this segment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Product: Act as the key Brand partner for the gay and trans segment, bringing real audience insight into product conversations and helping shape decisions around features, onboarding, category structure, language, and the broader creator and user experience.
Build Audience Understanding: Develop a strong foundation of research and audience understanding across gay and trans creators, viewers, and culture. Identify the needs, behaviors, tensions, and opportunities that should shape the platform’s approach to this segment.
Turn Insight into Strategy: Translate audience, product, and market understanding into clear recommendations, positioning, and strategic direction for the segment across product, brand, and marketing.
Own Segment Marketing Direction: Lead briefs, campaigns, launches, and other segment-facing work to ensure it is strategically strong, culturally credible, and aligned with audience realities.
Gather and Apply Cross-Functional Insight: Collect and synthesize input from Product, Community, Support, and other internal teams, using it alongside audience research and market signals to refine strategy and improve execution.
Important tasks:
Build a credible research foundation for the segment: Develop a strong, evolving understanding of the audience grounded in research, observation, internal insight, and market context.
Turn insight into a clear product action plan: Translate audience understanding into practical recommendations and priorities that Product sees as useful, grounded, and actionable.
Improve relevance and product-market fit for the segment: Identify where the product, language, structure, and overall experience can better serve gay and trans creators and audiences.
Strengthen representation, trust, and market positioning: Help ensure the brand shows up in ways that feel informed, credible, and genuinely connected to the realities of the audience.
Develop and lead major segment-focused campaigns: Own the strategy and executional direction for key campaigns and initiatives targeting this segment.
