As a Level Designer, you will:

• Design new game mechanics and content from concept through implementation, as well as engaging levels, missions, and experiences using Unity3D and internal tools.
• Define level structure, sequencing, and difficulty progression to create an engaging player journey.
• Balance and maintain the levels, level funnels, and player journeys
• Design, support, analyze, and improve live ops events to increase player engagement and meet business goals.
• Analyze game metrics, KPIs, market trends, playtest results, team input, and community feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements, evaluate performance, and improve key game KPIs.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including level layouts, briefs, flowcharts, and feature specifications.
• Participate in key production reviews, design reviews, and development milestones.
• Contribute creative ideas and design leadership within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
• Continuously research industry trends, best practices, and emerging game and level design techniques and technologies.
