As a Legal Officer, you will provide day-to-day legal support to the company, advising management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to management and internal departments.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.

• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements.

• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records.

• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and business processes from a legal perspective.

• Monitor changes in legislation and advise relevant stakeholders on their potential impact.

• Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters.
  
  

Requirements:

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.

• Prior experience as in-house counsel within the relevant industry is considered an advantage.

• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis skills.

• Knowledge of labor, corporate, and commercial law.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

2nd Interview with Hiring Manager (Legal) - technical
