What you'll do

Provide Legal Guidance Across the Business
Advise product, marketing, operations, and other teams on GDPR, IP, IT, employment, consumer rights, and regulatory matters.
Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations that support business goals while ensuring compliance.
Draft, Review & Negotiate Contracts
Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, partnership, agency, licensing, distribution, and vendor contracts.
Support business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Support Mobile App Operations
Maintain the full legal framework for our mobile applications.
Draft and update Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, and other user-facing legal documents.
Ensure compliance with consumer protection and subscription regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Monitor Regulatory Changes
Stay up to date with developments in data protection, intellectual property, marketing, payments, consumer rights, and technology law.
Translate regulatory changes into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Help balance legal requirements with business objectives in a fast-paced product environment.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–3 years of legal experience supporting digital subscription businesses, SaaS, mobile apps, or technology companies.
✔️ Strong knowledge of: GDPR and privacy regulations; Intellectual Property law; Consumer protection requirements; Product development and digital business considerations.
✔️ Experience working with international jurisdictions, particularly across North America and Europe.
✔️ Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a practical, business-friendly way.
✔️ Professional fluency in English.
