We're looking for a senior FP&A professional to join Fundraise Up's Finance team as a strategic partner to Sales, Revenue, Product, and Operations leadership. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis for assigned functions, replacing transactional FP&A work with higher level strategic decision support. Partner with Revenue leadership on sales planning and performance tracking, monitoring bookings, pipeline, AE productivity, and close rates
Build business cases for investments, new initiatives, and organizational changes; support executive presentations and strategic planning exercises
Partner on headcount planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation across the business
Lead complex, cross functional projects across Finance, Revenue, Product, Operations, and People, driving alignment and influencing outcomes without direct authority
Own financial planning processes with minimal oversight, escalating financial risks proactively and driving process automation and efficiency initiatives
