Lead Product Manager (Back Office)

As a Product Lead, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution within the Back Office product domain — managing 3 product squads. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that align with company objectives.

You’ll also independently lead 1–2 cross-domain initiatives from concept to launch and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Product Strategy

    • Define and execute the domain strategy aligned with company-wide objectives (OKRs)

    • Shape and manage the domain roadmap and priorities

    • Ensure cross-domain alignment and delivery of user value

    • Lead strategic projects that span multiple teams and functions

  2. Coordinate Product Squads

    • Support and align 2–4 cross-functional product squads

    • Guide and mentor product managers on priorities, focus, and planning

    • Forecast resourcing needs and surface constraints early

    • Evaluate initiatives based on impact vs. effort and manage delivery timelines

  3. Ensure Product Quality

    • Validate PRDs and solution designs from a business and edge-case perspective

    • Own product demo and testing flows: see the product through users' eyes and hands

    • Advocate for measurable value in every release

    • Improve processes to reduce time-to-market and increase quality

  4. Lead Communication & Rollouts

    • Collaborate closely with product leadership, marketing, sales, and support

    • Align internal and external stakeholders, and manage rollout plans

    • Communicate product performance and updates to stakeholders

    • Manage key third-party partnerships (tech providers, data, services)

  5. Own Data & Product Metrics

    • Co-create success metrics with PMs and teams

    • Use data to assess product performance and inform priorities

    • Iterate on roadmap based on feedback, metrics, and delivery pace

  6. Grow & Develop the Team

    • Build growth plans (PDPs) with product managers based on skills and domain needs

    • Run regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and help resolve challenges

    • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven, ownership-based culture

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in product roles (including senior/lead), ideally in fintech, crypto, or complex B2B systems

  • Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery mindset

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication

  • Solid understanding of product analytics and unit economics

  • Experience with cross-functional teams and distributed teams

  • English: B2-C1

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • building tools for the internal usage

  • deep knowledge in one of this areas: Crypto Compliance, Accounting and Provisioning, Internals CRM’s and tooling development
