Lead Product Designer
We’re looking for a hands-on, Lead Product Designer with impeccable taste, strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll be crafting exclusive, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web. Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps is critical — this role is for someone who’s fast, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting every detail right.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included.
Talk to users. A lot. Understand what they need and what makes them happy.
Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design.
Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life.
Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat.
Help shape and evolve our design system.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU).
A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft.
You're proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things.
You care about users and obsess over getting the details right.
Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher preferred).
Bonus Points
Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions
Prompt engineering experience
Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch
