Lead Performance Marketing (Latam)
We’re looking for a strong performance marketing lead who will accelerate growth across the dynamic Latin American region and strengthen our marketing expertise.
👾 What you’ll do:
Manage the LatAm marketing team: mentor, develop, and grow talent
Launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns
Set up and analyze web analytics: conversions, attribution, end-to-end analytics
Improve performance efficiency: reduce CPA, increase ROMI
Generate and test hypotheses, introduce new approaches and formats
Work with landing pages: analyze, test, and improve conversion rates
Identify new growth opportunities and scaling channels
💜 What we expect:
Experience working with B2C products
Deep expertise in Meta
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with metrics
Proven cases of successful campaign scaling
Experience leading a team of 2+ people
Understanding of landing page mechanics and A/B testing
Ed-tech experience is a plus
