Lead Payment Systems Manager

We are looking for an Lead Payment Systems Manager  to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Exploring and integrating PSPs, understanding the dynamics of acquiring, P2P transactions, and leading first-person payment methods;

• Finding or creating solutions, deeply understanding the product landscape;

• Reconciliation of balances and turnovers within various PSPs and payment methods;

• Review and oversight of clearing fees;

• Liquidity control and balance management;

• Managing day-to-day communication with PSPs.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business or Operations Management;

• 3+ years of experience as a PSP Manager/Officer within the iGaming industry;

• 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity;

• Understanding of cryptocurrency processing;

• Strong analytical skills;;

• Ability to allocate resources, plan, and prioritize effectively;

• Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities;

• Fluent in Russian and Good English level.
