What you will be doing

• Experience building a strong team

• Experience leading influencer marketing for a mobile or gamedev project in Tier 1 countries

• Understanding of working with micro- and macro-influencers, agencies, and producers

• Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram (Reels/Shorts) trends

• Skills in creative production of integrations

• Strong skills in analyzing metrics and evaluating campaign performance (CPM, ER, CPA, etc.)

• Experience with budgeting and ROI management

• Advanced English — you’ll need to negotiate verbally and in writing with agencies/influencers and work with documentation

• Experience launching UGC programs

• Understanding of game marketing and gamer psychology
