Responsibilities

What will you do?

As a Gameplay Team Lead, you'll be the technical backbone of our gameplay team. That means driving development, mentoring engineers, and making sure we ship at the highest quality.

Own the technical vision for gameplay systems from prototype to release.
Lead and mentor a team of gameplay engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
Plan and assign tasks, ensuring smooth delivery across sprints and milestones.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
Onboard new team members and help them integrate seamlessly.
Shape the team by participating in recruitment and hiring decisions.
Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and producers to bring features to life.

Requirements

What do we expect?

Strong C++ skills;
At least one released AA+ title. You've been through the full development cycle and know what it takes to ship a game.
Proven experience as a Gameplay Team Lead;
A collaborative mindset. You enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge, and making the team better;
A passion for games. You understand what makes gameplay feel great and you care about player experience.
