Lead Frontend Developer.

• 5+ years  as a frontend developer in product teams

At PayDepot we build and scale several B2B & B2C fintech products that simplify digital payments and financial operations. We’re growing fast and are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of one of our products, driving its measurable growth.

We have a beautiful office in Limassol, and if you’re not in Cyprus yet, we’ll help you and your family relocate comfortably.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and optimisation of PayDepot web applications

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Architect, implement, and maintain reusable components & libraries

• Ensure the performance & reliability of all frontend features

• Guide junior team members, promoting best practices and a culture of innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development to improve our tech stack

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a frontend developer

• You’ve been a part of product teams in fintech or banking

• You’re good with

  • JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.

  • State management libraries (Redux, MobX)

  • HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing frameworks

  • RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests

• You’re confident with English, both spoken & written.
