Lead Data Analyst

RemoteLead

We are looking for a Lead Business Data Analyst who will own and develop the unit economics analytics domain — building and maintaining reliable data foundations for margin, CAC, and ROI calculations. You will lead a team of three analysts and ensure that business units across the company can make informed strategic and operational decisions based on consistent and accurate analytics.

Tech Stack:

  • Orchestration: Proficiency in Apache Airflow (or similar) for workflow management and automation.

  • Databases & SQL: Strong knowledge of ClickHouse for high-performance data storage, aggregation, and analysis.

  • Data Visualization: Expertise in Apache Superset (or similar) for building clear and insightful dashboards.

  • Python: Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.

  • DBT: Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for building and maintaining analytical data models is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize analytical data pipelines that serve as the foundation for unit economics analytics.

  • Design and evolve a clear, well-structured data architecture across multiple data domains (product, financial, and operational) to ensure scalability, consistency, and transparency.

  • Develop and formalize methodologies for business metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, product-level margins) in close collaboration with business units and finance teams.

  • Ensure data consistency and alignment across dashboards and systems, maintaining a single source of truth for core business metrics.

  • Monitor and improve the quality and completeness of revenue data used in analytical and financial reporting.

  • Collaborate with finance and product teams on cost allocation frameworks and profitability analysis across products and business lines.

  • Lead the team in delivering analytical insights and supporting company-wide decision-making related to unit economics and pricing strategy.

  • Oversee the design of intuitive, user-friendly dashboards, ensuring high usability and clarity for stakeholders across departments.

  • Mentor and support a team of three analysts, helping them grow technically and analytically, and ensuring high standards of data quality and analytical depth.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).

  • Working with a product that matters. Our technology helps to protect millions of users and lots of online services worldwide.

  • International project. Our team works from offices in Berlin, Limassol, London, and Miami, our customers are spread from Mexico and the USA to Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore.

  • 1 extra day off to celebrate your birthday.

  • 7 additional days to enjoy the Christmas & New Year holidays.

  • 7 days of sick leave (without the need for documentation).

  • Regular, fully covered team offsites to connect and collaborate.

  • Learning opportunities and support to attend industry events with the team.
