Lead Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced and focused Lead Community Manager to strengthen our team and drive the growth of our game communities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the community team and conducting regular performance reviews.

  • Driving community growth by identifying and implementing new opportunities.

  • Managing crisis situations within the team and player community.

  • Creating and coordinating engaging content, including announcements, activities, email newsletters, and game guides.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of various player engagement formats.

  • Ensuring high-quality communication between the community team and players.

  • Maintaining and improving community management guidelines.

  • Preparing reports on player feedback and team performance.

  • Collaborating closely with support, QA, the art team, and game designers.

  • Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices.

Our ideal candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in community management within the gaming industry.

  • 1+ year of experience of mentoring or leading a team.

  • English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level.

  • Ability to make well-reasoned decisions under pressure.

  • A passionate gamer with active engagement in gaming communities.
