Lead Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Crypto Analyst to lead our analytics team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our Web3.0 data, helping to shape our product strategy, and supporting the growth of your team. 

Experience Level: Lead 

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Allocation: lead a team of 8 analysts, effectively distribute sprint tasks, and continuously monitor team performance to track new Web3 events, ensuring content quality and relevance.
2. Content Review & Quality Assurance: rigorously review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of content within the Coins, Fundraising, ICO/IEO, Token Unlocks, and DropHunting sections.
3. Market Research & Analysis: keep up to date with the latest trends, narratives, and news in the Web3 space, conducting deep research on new projects and coins to inform our platform's offerings.
4. R&D with Product Team: collaborate closely with the Product team on new research initiatives, actively participating in strategic discussions to shape and evolve our content strategy.
5. Reporting & Communication: prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for C-Level executives, and facilitate regular team and C-Level calls to ensure alignment and transparency.
6. Training & Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their hard skills and deepen their knowledge of the Web3 market.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in the Web3.0 market in roles such as Crypto Analyst, Project Manager, Researcher, Community Manager, Content Manager, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst
2. Strong and in-depth knowledge of the Web3.0 market, including current news, trends, narratives, and technical aspects
3. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with prior team leading experience being a significant plus
4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
5. English proficiency (B2+)
