Support Engineer L2

CoreStar is hiring an L2 Application Support Engineer for our NOC team! Weβre a dynamic tech company with a startup mindset, keeping critical applications and infrastructure stable and reliable.
π Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application/API incidents
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Manage monitoring infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Monitor logs/metrics via Coralogix, Grafana
Support deployment validation and on-call rotations
π Requirements:
3+ years in Application Support, SRE, or Production Ops
Experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform
Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Datadog
CI/CD, Git, deployment automation
Basic networking, load balancers, DNS knowledge
