CoreStar is hiring an L2 Application Support Engineer for our NOC team! We’re a dynamic tech company with a startup mindset, keeping critical applications and infrastructure stable and reliable.

πŸ“Œ Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application/API incidents

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes

  • Manage monitoring infrastructure as code (Terraform)

  • Monitor logs/metrics via Coralogix, Grafana

  • Support deployment validation and on-call rotations

πŸ“Œ Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Application Support, SRE, or Production Ops

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform

  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Datadog

  • CI/CD, Git, deployment automation

  • Basic networking, load balancers, DNS knowledge
