Junior User Acquisition Manager (Meta)

We are looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to join our Performance Marketing team and help scale our Meta acquisition channel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in performance marketing and work with large advertising budgets. You'll learn how to launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns while working closely with experienced marketers, analysts, creatives, and engineers.

We're looking for a proactive, curious, and data-driven person who enjoys solving problems, learning new things, and taking ownership of their work.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of experience with Meta Ads (or strong practical experience through internships/courses, freelance, or personal projects).

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.

• Willingness to learn quickly and continuously improve.

• Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimization.

• Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare reports and performance summaries.

• Participate in creative testing and performance analysis.

• Support A/B testing and experiment execution.

• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams.

• Contribute to improving team processes and workflows.

Bonus Points

• Experience running personal or freelance Meta campaigns.

• Experience with mobile app user acquisition.

• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Interest in automation and AI tools.
