What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented graduate or early-career professional to join our Risk Management team as a Junior Risk Officer. Reporting to the Head of Market Risk, Pricing & Liquidity, you will support the delivery of risk management services. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule, providing coverage across trading sessions in
accordance with client service requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the delivery of market risk management services in accordance with agreed service levels and internal procedures.

• Monitor client trading platforms and risk management tools under the supervision of senior risk professionals, reviewing instrument settings, risk parameters, and system performance.

• Assist senior risk staff in monitoring market risk exposures across client trading books, escalating any anomalies observed during shift for senior review

• Support the monitoring of client transaction flows, identifying irregular or unusual trading patterns and referring matters to senior team members for assessment

• Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and exposure summaries, including data collection, formatting, and quality checks.

• Assist in maintaining risk dashboards and internal monitoring workflows, including basic use of AI and analytical tools under guidance

• Laise with client representatives, including technology, operations and compliance teams, to support the effective delivery of risk management services.

• Maintain clear, timely communication with senior risk staff, particularly during fast-moving or stressed market conditions.

• Support internal teams — technology, operations, and senior risk personnel — with day-to- day risk function tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student / recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 0–1 years experience; relevant internships, academic projects, or trading-related coursework are a plus.
• Developing understanding of CFD and FX trading mechanics, including basic exposure and client flow concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, particularly in fast-moving or data- intensive environments.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by the business.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate observations to senior staff clearly and promptly.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 or cTrader.
• Exposure to liquidity bridge technologies (e.g., oneZero) or LP relationship concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools or data analytics platforms used in risk or trading workflows.
• CySEC Basic Certificate, or equivalent regulatory qualification (or in progress).
• Basic understanding of A/B book mechanics and trading revenue models.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts on a weekly rotational basis
Morning shift: 09:00-17:00

Evening shift: 17:00-01:00
