Junior Product Designer (Product)

🎯 The Role

We're looking for a Junior Product Designer who's eager to learn fast and isn't afraid to get into the numbers. You'll design real screens for a real product — and you'll actually see whether your work moved the needle.

You'll work directly with our Growth Manager (scaled a company from $250M to $650M ARR) and product team in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. No busywork, no fake tasks — just real ownership from day one.

🔥 What You Need

• 1+ year of experience in product or UI/UX design

• Solid grasp of UX basics and a clean, functional design sense

• Genuine curiosity about data — you want to know if your design actually worked

• Proactive, fast learner, comfortable with feedback and iteration

• Good if you know how to use Webflow

• English B2+

⚡ What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on user flows, screens, and A/B experiments

• Collaborate with product and growth to turn hypotheses into testable designs

• Look at analytics and user behavior data to find friction and opportunities

• Ship fast, measure, improve — repeat

• Gradually take ownership of your own product areas
